Who is this Lady?
Maggie had her first comedy experience in the summer of 2003 at a
coffee shop in Berkeley called  "A Cup of tea" . With the help of
open mike regulars like Eli Taply and Bob Brindley Maggie made her
comedy debut.

Although born and raised in Southern California Maggie prefers the
down to earth atmosphere of Northern California where she has lived
for the past 10 years. Comedy has always been a part of Maggie’s
life.  As a collegiate athlete she lacked the competitive attitude or
skills, but her sense of humor gave the team something to smile about.
In the business world, Maggie entertained her co-workers with her
sarcastic comments at inappropriate times.  

As a substitute teacher in the California public school system for
over 2 years, Maggie has worked with children of all ages. Although
she acquired priceless comedy material, she realized that she wants a
break from kids. Maggie now teaches ESL and is getting her masters
in adult education from San Francisco State University.

Maggie's original material and positive attitude bring a refreshing
blend of comedy to the Stand Up Scene. She enjoys performing in
comedy clubs and looks forward to doing more corporate comedy and
comedy writing.
